This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the shipping procedures, delivery timelines, shipping coverage, and related rules for all orders placed on the MontluneCrystal store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.
Shipping Coverage
We provide international shipping services to most countries and regions worldwide, including North America, Europe, Oceania, and parts of Asia. We currently do not ship to restricted regions, sanctioned countries, or areas with special logistics restrictions due to customs or security regulations. Customers are solely responsible for confirming whether their delivery address is available for international shipping before placing orders.
Processing & Shipping Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing days exclude weekends, public holidays, and official store off-days. We do not ship on weekends and statutory holidays.
Standard international delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on the destination country, local customs clearance efficiency, and logistics transportation conditions. Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, peak shipping seasons, extreme weather, or unexpected logistics emergencies, which are beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, package size, and shipping distance. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time in accordance with ongoing store activities. All shipping fees and promotional rules are final as displayed on the checkout page.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and official tracking link. You can monitor your package transportation status and delivery progress in real time via the tracking number. We recommend tracking your order regularly to avoid delivery failure caused by address errors, missed customs notifications, or unattended packages.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, and other related charges imposed by the destination country. These additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees paid to MontluneCrystal.
We do not cover customs duties or import taxes. Customers are responsible for complying with local import laws and regulations of their destination country. Any customs detention, return, or abandonment caused by the customer’s failure to pay taxes or violation of local import regulations shall be borne by the customer.
Delivery & Signature Rules
Delivery will be completed once the package is delivered to your designated shipping address (including front desk, mailbox, community parcel station, or other designated drop-off locations arranged by local logistics providers). Please ensure your delivery address, contact information, and postal code are accurate and complete before placing an order.
Undeliverable packages caused by incorrect address, invalid contact information, refusal to accept the package, or unclaimed parcel will be handled in accordance with local logistics rules. The resulting return shipping fees, disposal fees, and order losses shall be borne by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take full responsibility for package loss or severe damage caused by our shipping arrangement before international outbound transportation. If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect package, please contact us at montlunecrystal@gmail.com within 48 hours after delivery with photos and video evidence for verification and after-sales processing.
We are not responsible for package loss, damage, or delivery delay caused by third-party logistics companies, local postal services, customs inspection, force majeure events, or customer personal reasons.
