A browser-level request applies to the browser and device you are currently using. You do not need to create an account to submit a browser-level request.
Global Privacy Control: If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal, we will process that signal as an opt-out request where required by applicable law. You do not need to submit the form again for that browser and device.
